If no one is home to receive the order

We ensure your order is delivered refrigerated at below 5 degrees within the specified date/time range for your area. If you are not home to take the order, we will attempt to contact you and we can leave it in a place we feel is most appropriate for safety, however please understand that it’s your responsibility to make sure you collect your order before it becomes warm. No refunds can be provided for food items.
